Nobody is allowed to share your data without your explicit consent. This is clearly described in the consent form that will be thoroughly reviewed with you by the interviewer.
Whether the results are negative, positive, or neutral, it doesn’t matter: you have complete control over who has access to your results. This is discussed with you in detail at the beginning of the study.
