You fill out our contact form so that we can schedule an appointment that works best for you. You will be informed about the specific purpose of the study and how your data will be used. Only when you have given explicit consent, we will proceed.

The Health Monitor consists of a comprehensive questionnaire that you can fill out at your own pace, either online or on paper. If you encounter any problems or have questions, we can go through the sections together.

In addition, we will conduct some physical tests and collect samples from you. For this, we will enlist a nurse to collect a few samples from you. This process is quick, straightforward, and virtually painless.
